RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hung Phat Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a no-hassle return or exchange policy within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
